Why every collection starts with a sample

A sample creates a shared standard between design and manufacturing. It lets you review proportions, material character and comfort that drawings alone cannot communicate. Begin with dimensions, pocket placement, strap length, hardware and logo position in a tech pack. Review both appearance and function on the first sample. Share revisions with photographs and measurements so that adjustments are unambiguous. Once approved, record the materials, colors and construction as the production reference.
