What is the minimum order quantity?
Stock models are available from one piece. Custom orders generally start at 30–200 pieces, depending on design and specifications. Confirm the MOQ with your quotation.
Are samples free?
Samples without custom logos or modifications may be free. Freight and customization charges are confirmed individually.
What are your lead times?
Stock products usually ship within 5–10 days. Custom production depends on specifications, quantity and production scheduling.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. We can sign a non-disclosure agreement to protect your designs.
How do you arrange shipping?
Small trial orders can ship by express or air. Larger orders can use sea or air freight, according to your requirements.
What are the payment terms?
The reference site lists full prepayment below USD 8,000 and a 30% deposit with the balance before shipment above that amount. Confirm current terms in your contract.
