Fellas, Thought I'd put this out there early. 30,000 cyclists took part in this race last year - hailed as the largest timed cycle race in the World - and you can be part of it in sunny Cape Town, South Africa. If we can get a few together it promises to be a great trip - assisted by the positive exchange rate as well. And yes I know we all want to go to Europe but that can wait until 2009? We have got time to discuss and plan. Registrations open 1 September, and the race is on Sunday 9 March. Giro del Capo 4-9 March will also provide some entertainment. Possibly arrive on the Tuesday - settle in...do some easy scouting rides, also taking in the Giro del Capo.
