Already have planned this year's holidays?

Newsflash

There are two ways to reach the hidden city in the Andes - this can be done on foot or defeating 45 kilometer Inca Trail, which takes four days and about 400 U.S. dollars (since 2001 this route is suitable only with a licensed guide), or via train - the Cuzco or Ollantaytambo. Inca Trail surpasses our financial capabilities, but we do not want to get to the place of the legendary tourist train, and sitting comfortably observe the holy river valley Urubamby in which runner trek feet. This is a solution. You can go 28 km railway.

October/November Issue Cover Story

Timed to coincide with the start of the 2009-2010 NBA season, the October/November issue of SportsTravel magazine will examine the upcoming NBA season as its cover story. SportsTravel magazine is read by thousands of decision-makers responsible for organizing sporting events and planning travel for sports-related groups. The October/November SportsTravel cover story will consider the NBA’s recently developed strategy of playing pre-season games in cities that don't presently have an NBA team, allowing new destinations the chance to host professional NBA games. In addition, the issue will spotlight the Breeders’ Cup and explore the financial impact of the high stakes world of horse racing.

“The October/November issue is always our largest issue of the year and will be distributed to all of the attendees at TEAMS 2009, the world’s largest gathering of sports-event organizers,” said Timothy Schneider, publisher of SportsTravel. “Our editors work hard to make sure each issue of SportsTravel is packed with insightful information, event-planning tools, and destination and venue highlights on which the key decision-makers in the sports industry can rely.”

As part of its regular geographic scan, the October/November issue of SportsTravel will look at key destinations in the South (including Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee) that serve as ideal host locations for sports events of all types. The space reservation deadline for the October/November issue of SportsTravel is September 1, 2009.
